Reviewing process

Stage 1
Articles must be sent in English using this form.

Stage 2
The article must be accompanied by a short professional presentation of no more than 120 words, including complete contact details for technical correspondence (phone, fax, and institutional e-mail).

Stage 3
The Editor and Assistant Editors review all submissions for compliance with the journal's formatting and technical editing standards. Submissions that do not meet these requirements are rejected at this stage without proceeding to peer review.

Stage 4
At least two members of the Editorial Council and the Scientific Council conduct an initial assessment of the scientific relevance of the article and nominate qualified reviewers for each submission.

Stage 5
A double-blind peer review is conducted by three independent reviewers with recognised expertise in the specific field addressed by the article. Reviewers are asked to assess originality, methodological rigour, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Stage 6
Based on the reviewers' reports, one of the following decisions is made: accept for publication; request revisions (minor or major); reject. Authors of articles requiring revision are notified and given the opportunity to respond. Articles that cannot meet the minimum scientific quality standards are rejected.

Stage 7 — Final decision
The Editor is solely responsible for the final editorial decision on every submission. The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests with the Editor, taking into account the reviewers' reports, the editorial board's assessment, and the journal's scope and standards. The Editor's decision is communicated to authors in writing and is final.
