Noua serie a Economiei teoretice si aplicate (ECTA) este mai mult decat raspunsul unei publicatii la tensiunile schimbarii: este chiar expresia perceperii evolutiei de catre cei care sunt pe campul de actiune si au motivatia de a se implica.
Nu este o formula gratuita sa se spuna ca noua Economie teoretica si aplicata este si altceva. Ambitia ei este sa o rupa cu traditia prin care concluziile erau destinate sa revalorifice trecutul si cu mesianismul din care se pot scoate ipoteze care legitimeaza esecul.
